In the post modrn era of the church, many of its leaders have come to the fact of reality that the worship services are, in fact, productions that require a great deal more excellence than what was required in the past. And having been in the pervibial driver's seat of several churches as it's worship leader, I have realized that there is so much more of a need of someone to come along side of the leadership to help bring some fresh ideas and thoughts to make our worship services the best and most effective services we can present to people investigating the love of God. With over 30 years of stage experience, I desire to do several things:

 

1) PARTNER with the local church to help elevate the level of quality of the worship team  with the church's leadership       and assistance

2) SHARE a fundamental knowledge of Biblical worship based on Isaiah 6 in the scriptures.

3) BRING BACK the joy of leading worship and to eliminate the thought that worship in the church is music alone.

4) SPARK CREATIVITY among leadership and the team and to think outside the box of what's typical

 

Music is God's sacred gift to us for us to express in any language and any background our love for who He is and what He's done for us. 

 

My desire is to give away the knowledge God's given to me over the years of my life. It is also to pass to younger generations that worship isn't a style, but sacred lifestyle filled with moments with Him exclusively. God has never been interested in our styles of worship, but He's concerned with the substance of our worship - do we really love Him whole-heartedly when we sing to Him?
